Manager of Application Support & Training, The Wyanoke Group
John Leibrand is the Manager of Application Support & Training for the Wyanoke Group, a medical publishing company in southern New Jersey, USA. John started his career-long “journey map” with email as a Microsoft Exchange Administrator in 1998. Since that time, he has dealt with deliverability issues of every kind, spam feedback loops and integrating the latest best practices in an ever-evolving email environment.
With a passion for teaching, John is also responsible for end user training and documentation. John lives in New Jersey with his wife and son. John graduated from Rutgers University.
