In checking out the agenda (view here), you can see that there is a lot of practical content to help us improve our programs, including retention marketing best practices, case studies, and tips and tricks for getting the most out of Selligent. On top of that, it will also address big picture topics like contextual marketing, hyper-personalization, Artificial Intelligence, and more.
As you know, Selligent plays a critical role in our customer engagement strategy, which is why I’m excited about learning new ways we can use the solution to achieve our revenue and loyalty goals. Selligent is also championing its vision of “Consumer-First Marketing,” which comes down to engaging customers with integrity and empathy. They have several sessions on the topic that range from inspiring keynotes to detailed case studies showing how major brands have successfully put the strategies into action.
The fact that this is a client event means that everything I learn and everyone I meet will be in the context of like-minded marketers who use the same solution as we do. This is invaluable when it comes to turning information into action when I get back to the office.
